Gudrun is a biopharma executive with nearly two decades of experience advancing medical and health information to improve access and equity across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

At Pfizer, she built a pan-regional Medical Information Service, launched innovative strategic partnerships she calls “powerships,” and created the award-winning global HCP education program Partner4Better, collaborating with partners such as COVAX, FIP, and DIA. She also contributed to global health initiatives, including Pfizer’s signature Global Health Fellows program and Mobilize Against Malaria in Ghana.

Bridging healthcare and climate, she founded ClimatePulseRx, where she advises on emerging opportunities that align sustainability, resilience, and public health outcomes. She previously advised a climate-tech startup where she focused on the intersection of water, climate, and health. Further, she is a co-founder of the women-led Climate Health Collective, a recently incorporated social enterprise. She also co-leads Women and Climate in Dubai and is active in the Women in Global Health Network.

Gudrun began her career as a UN/WHO fellow and holds a doctorate in Molecular Biology (University of Salzburg, Duke, Rockefeller University). She successfully completed Yale’s Climate Change & Health program. Guided by the One Health principle, her mission is to advance a healthier, more equitable, and climate-resilient world.
